This is a now page, a snapshot of what I am focused on at the moment, inspired by Derek Sivers.

What I am working on
My current main project is a collaboration with Tom Silver on exploring the role of coding agents for physical reasoning and planning. Our codebase is here if you are interested in following. Besides that, I am also collaborating on an EU funding proposal, and getting ready for rebuttal for our EMNLP 2026 submissions.
Recently out
Last week we released QVal, a project led by my friend and ex-classmate Sergio, working in my future lab in Tübingen. Check it out if you are interested in how we can evaluate the quality of dense supervision signals for LLM agents! It will also be presented this week at the RLxF workshop @ ICML 2026 by Sergio. I was also involved in a project on training models for low-resource clinical data, led by my colleague Pietro.
Reading and free time
I am currently reading The Laws of Thought by another Princeton Tom, Tom Griffiths. There is also an excellent podcast, The Cognition Project, which documents all the interviews that Tom has done with cognitive scientists and AI researchers for the book. I am also playing through Link’s Awakening on the Switch, just after finishing Deltarune Chapter 5 last week, and am still listening to a lot of its OST. Perhaps some day when I find some more free time I will get around to setting up a page on the website to share my favorite books and games.
